At Super Kilts we exercise a Shipping Policy which communicate our code of business and work well to our customers so that any kind of ambiguity or lack of communication is being avoided. We have contracted with various famous courier companies of the World like DHL,FedEx and other reliable shipping companies to entertain our customers around the world.
- The Kilts that we ship are custom made and it takes around 7 to 10 business days to manufacture products on the demand of our customer. These 7 to 10 business days doesn't include the time period of Handling/Shipping a kilt.
- These products that we ship are custom made and it takes around 15 to 20 business days to produce them on the demand of our customers. These 15 to 20 days business include Manufacturing/Handling/Shipping time of all other products.
- We deliver products right after its manufacturing and it takes around 7 to 12 days to reach our customers (For US only).
- Super Kilts also issue a tracking number in order to let the customer track his/her order and know the status of his/her order issued by respective courier service (DHL or Fedex or any other)
As mentioned above that we have contracted with World’s best Shipping companies and that companies include; DHL and FedEx
- Customers are NOT supposed to pay any Duties, Tax while claiming their Package. There would be NO tax or duty will be charged while receiving your order.
- There are NO EXTRA CHARGES like insurance, packaging or any additional costs that are supposed to be paid after the order. We provide Free Packaging costs to our customers.
- Ones the Product is shipped, the customer will be updated with each and every destination of the Product using a Tracking Number issue by respective courier service.
- National Holiday and Weekends MAY extend the delivery time.

Shipping to Wrong Address
- In case the product is shipped to a wrong address by a courier company then we shall compensate the shipping charges to the customer to get his parcel to his given address.
- In case, the product is lost due to delivery of wrong address then we shall manufacture a new product for customer for FREE.
- If the product is exchanged between two different customers; then we shall compensate the Shipping charges to both of the customers to kindly ship the product to the right address (we shall seek for the kind cooperation of our humble customers).
Q. Do we have to pay other Fees, taxes or Duty to Claim our Parcel?
No, there is NO other fees, taxes or duties that customer is supposed to pay for claiming their Parcel.
Q. Do you Charge Handling Fees?
No, we don’t charge any other handling fee!
Q. Can we track our Parcel ones it is dispatched?
Yes, you can! as DHL or FedEX and other shipping services which we use issues a tracking number for each parcel shipped and we forward that tracking number to our customers for keeping the track of their parcel. The tracking number is updated on each and every destination of the parcel.
